Refund Policy

Booking Boats offers a refund policy for reservations, valid for a period of 30 days before the scheduled rental date. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Conditions for Refund of Reservations
To be eligible for a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 30 days in advance of the reservation date. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance may be subject to fees or not eligible for a refund, depending on the specific conditions of the booking.

Partial Refund Situations
In cases of cancellation within the period of 30 days before the reservation date, a partial refund may be granted, less administrative fees or as stipulated in the service conditions.

Refund Processing
After reviewing your cancellation and refund request, we will notify you by email whether it has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late Refunds
If you do not receive your refund within the expected time frame:

Check your bank account again;
Please contact your credit card company or bank as processing may take some time;
If the problem persists, please send us an email to info@booking-boats.com.

Changes or Cancellations due to Force Majeure
In cases of adverse weather conditions or other force majeure situations, we will work to reschedule the reservation at no additional cost, whenever possible. If rescheduling is not feasible, we will review each case individually to determine the possibility of a refund.
